I know what it's like to be the only woman in a room of engineers. The only manager on a leadership team. The only one with small kids at home.

I also know what changes when someone shows up for you — a mentor with the right framework at the right moment, a peer advocating for you, a coach helping you see the whole picture.

That support shaped my growth and my trajectory. I'm here to pay it forward.

Why I care about this work

My own journey showed me how much compound pressure intensifies for women in tech.

I moved countries and rebuilt my career in a new environment, growing into leadership while navigating a multicultural tech organization.

Later, while caring for a toddler, I was navigating the next stage of my career by joining a tier-1 tech company after a reorg reshuffled my team.

That experience showed me that transitions for women in tech are rarely just about work. They're about identity, timing, and building a path that fits the life you're creating.
