I'm a coach for engineering leaders and teams.
My background is in tech. For 10 years I was building software and leading teams. I understand what it means to quickly adjust to a changing environment, to lead people through chaos and grow at work while growing a family. I find fulfillment in working with engineering leaders and teams — as a coach, a mentor, a facilitator and a community leader.
I'm grounded and warm, I'm direct, and I won't pretend something is working when it isn't. You'll get honesty, a real plan, and someone in your corner.
