For ten years I built backend and distributed systems. Throughout that time, I kept noticing that the gap between what people and teams were capable of and how they operated was almost always a support and collaboration problem.
At some point I realized I was more interested in developing people and teams than building software to close that gap. The people who are keeping things together. The ones building through a period when everything is shifting at once. The ones building new versions of what's possible.
These days, I coach senior tech leaders and teams, speak about tech leadership, and write on Substack about what I see in the work.
My coaching sits at the intersection of positive psychology, neuroscience, and cognitive behavioral methods. That translates practically: we move between the concrete (plans, scripts, specific next steps) and the underlying patterns (identity, strengths, what's actually driving you). According to CliftonStrengths, my top strength is Developer — the ability to recognize and cultivate potential in others. That's what I bring into coaching and why I enjoy it so much.
Credentials: Professional and Team Coach (ICA), Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC Fundamentals), Agile Teams Facilitation, ACC-credentialed (ICF). Master's in Information Technologies and Master's in Economics & Management.
I live in Amsterdam with my husband, two kids and a cat (while secretly being a dog person). Every other Wednesday you can find me at the Fusion Toastmasters club. Every Tuesday morning in the gym. And occasionally on improv or amateur acting scene.
If something here resonated, tell me what's going on and we see how we can work together.
