About Daria

I'm a coach for senior tech professionals, managers and leaders.

My background is in tech. For 15 years I was building software and leading teams. I understand what it means to manage a team through a reorg, to quickly adjust to a changing environment, to lead while building a family. I find fulfillment in working with tech operators and teams as a coach, a mentor, and a community leader.

I'm grounded and warm, I'm direct, and I won't pretend something is working when it isn't. You'll get honesty, a real plan, and someone in your corner.
